The DA is seeking advice from legal experts and plans to send a demand letter to the President, asking him to return the bill to Parliament for further review. They argue that the bill violates Section 25 of the Constitution, which requires fair compensation for expropriated property. This issue is likely to escalate discussions nationwide regarding land reform and property rights.
