Mihlali Sonkwele, 25, was shot dead while walking with her family in Orange farm Ext 2 , Park, on 10 January 2025.
It is alleged that Mihlali was taking a walk with her five-year-old son and her boyfriend when two unknown men approached the couple and opened fire. Mihlali was shot multiple times, and she passed away at the scene. Her boyfriend and a neighbour who was passing by were also injured during the shooting. They were rushed to the hospital.
No arrests have been made yet.
