A 27-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering his grandmother.

In Mpumalanga, a 27-year-old man, Jay Peters, was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his grandmother.

Jay lived with his 68-year-old grandmother Sannie Kilmister in the Cromdale area.

The murder happened after the two had an argument in the house.
